I confirm that I have viewed the property or it’s photos/video and therefore I agree to accept the property in its current condition, or if I have not viewed any of these, I understand that I agree to accept the property at my own discretion.
I understand I will be required to pay a £300 deposit upon signing the tenancy agreement, which will be registered with an accredited deposit protection scheme.
Once the Tenancy Agreement is signed, I understand that it is a legal binding document therefore I will be liable for the property and all rent payments until a suitable replacement tenant is found.
On commencement of the tenancy, the first month’s rent is payable via standing order.

Your guarantor can be a parent/guardian/friend who is over the age of 18 and must have and income of over £25,000 or be a homeowner, none UK residents are acceptable. The role of a guarantor is to ensure any unpaid rent by their nominated tenant is paid in full. Please note, your guarantor will only be responsible for your portion of rent.
We understand that it is not always possible to gain a guarantor, so with this in mind, we have partnered with Housing Hand who may be able to help you.
The information I have given in my application form is true to the best of my knowledge. I consent to this information being verified by fair and lawful means, which I understand will involve contacting referees and licensed credit reference agencies if required.
I consent to Harringtons Sales & Lettings and / or their licensed agents searching information held by a credit reference agency if required and agree that the agents and the credit reference agency will keep a record of the search and results of that search. Such information may be used by other companies for the purposes of assessing other applications from me or for debt tracing and fraud prevention.
I understand the information provided by me and the resulting information will be forwarded to Harringtons Sales & Lettings and/or the prospective Landlord. The information may also be accessed again if I apply for another tenancy in future.
I agree that the information supplied by me and the results of the assessment process will be held in accordance with the company’s notification under the Data Protection Act 1998. I understand that I have the right to ask for a copy of the information held on me subject to the payment of an administration fee that will be notified to me upon application, though it will not exceed the amount set by statute.
I have the right to request that the information held is amended if it is found to be incorrect Harringtons Sales & Lettings as well as any referencing agency they use and other selected businesses may use this information to keep you informed of other products that may be of interest – by post, e-mail or telephone.
