We will meet you at the properties at a time that suits you but please keep in mind that we will need to give the current tenants 24 hours’ notice. We don`t want you travelling miles and then not being able to see the one you really want!

The boring bit…Paperwork

Our simple application process is as painless as it can be to get you back to the pub in no time! Each member of your group will need to complete our “super exciting” application form. Once approved, the tenancy agreement is signed by all parties electronically and the deposit is paid.

You may feel this is a bit lengthy, but we do this to ensure you fully understand the terms and conditions of your tenancy. We want to make sure you know what you are signing for as it is of course a legally binding contract. If you have any queries, please do ask a member of our team and they will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Once signing the tenancy agreement, we will register your deposit/bond in relation to the terms of your tenancy, upon vacating the property this will only be refunded following a satisfactory check out inspection under the terms and conditions of our chosen accredited deposit protection scheme.
Each Applicant will be required to provide their Student ID Card and Passport. Your parental guarantee will also be asked to sign a separate agreement and provide their Passport.

Once the application is complete, all Tenancy Agreements will be signed securely online, using dedicated Tenancy software. You will be required to set up an online account and upon commencement of your tenancy, a copy of your tenancy agreement and relating documentation to your selected property will be made available to you and your housemates throughout the term of your tenancy.
