Reservation Form

To reserve one of our properties, each member of your group must complete and submit a separate reservation form. Please note that completing this form does not create a tenancy agreement or give you any right to occupy the property.

Reservations are considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once completed forms have been received from every member of your group, a holding deposit equal to one week’s rent will be payable immediately. Upon receipt of the holding deposit, the property will be withdrawn from advertising and reserved for your group.

By submitting this form, you agree that, where necessary, the 15-day holding-deposit period may be extended to comply with the Renters’ Rights Act 2025.

If the reservation proceeds to a tenancy, a tenancy deposit of up to five weeks’ rent will be payable when the tenancy agreement is signed.

You may withdraw your application within 14 days of submission, in which case the holding deposit will be refunded. If you withdraw after this 14-day period, the holding deposit will be non-refundable.

    Tenant Application

I confirm that I have viewed the property or it’s photos/video and therefore I agree to accept the property in its current condition, or if I have not viewed any of these, I understand that I agree to accept the property at my own discretion.

I understand I will be required to pay a £600 deposit upon signing the tenancy agreement, which will be registered with an accredited deposit protection scheme.

Once the Tenancy Agreement is signed, I understand that it is a legal binding document therefore I will be liable for the property and all rent payments until a suitable replacement tenant is found.

On commencement of the tenancy, the first month’s rent is payable via standing order.

Cheque payments and cash will NOT be accepted on the move in date under any circumstances.

NO ADVERSE CREDIT HISTORY OR COUNTY COURT JUDGEMENTS.
